Gardening - Waiver of Liability

Homeowners who are interested in volunteering to garden on Homestead Meadow property must complete the Liability Waiver and email it to managerthurston@gmail.com along with a request for approval from the Board. Written approval from the Baord must be received by the volunteer before any volunteer activities may begin.

Camera Policy Homestead Meadow HOA

Attention Owners of Homestead Meadow Condos,

The Board of Directors of the Association has adopted the attached policy regarding the use of homeowner installed cameras. Homeowners, please be sure to share this policy with your tenants and note that owners are responsible for actions taken by their tenants.

If you currently have a camera in place, or plan to install any in the future, please be sure to adhere to the policy and submit your request to the HOA for approval by emailing managerthurston@gmail.com.

In order for an owner to request approval to place any camera on the property, the owner must submit the following information to the HOA :

Specific location of each camera.
Sample view from each camera.
Description of camera and / or photo of camera including approximate size of camera.

Please refer to the Camera Policy for details. Please note that any cameras installed on the property that have not been approved by the HOA are subject to the HOA Enforcement Policy.

Homestead Meadow Condominium Association is a 56-unit townhome-style complex located in the Homestead Master Association. Ash Cans Now Available for Resident Use

One can designed to store ash refuse, has been placed inside each dumpster enclosure for the convenience and safety of Homestead Meadow residents. Please dump cold, fully extinguished ash and fire refuse only in these designated cans. Please do not discard ashes in garden areas or anywhere except for the designated ash cans.
